DOMINION closed the first nine months of 2025 with a solid operating performance and margins at historically high levels, in line with the records achieved in the first half of the year. The company continues to make progress on its 2023-2026 Strategic Plan, consolidating its transformation towards a more recurring, efficient and sustainable model, despite the global environment marked by geopolitical uncertainty and currency volatility.
Consolidated revenues amounted to EUR 800.1 million, representing organic growth of +9% in constant currency, exceeding the targets set by the company. This result was achieved despite the divestments executed in 2024, which reduced turnover by more than €110 million.
EBITDA reached EUR 106.5 million, with a margin of 13.3%, consolidating the record highs of the first half. On a like-for-like basis, EBITDA grew 6% year-on-year, reflecting the strength of the business model following the simplification of the perimeter and the focus on higher value-added activities.
The attributable net profit (EUR 6.1 million) includes the accounting impact of the EUR -16 million valuation adjustment on the PV assets in the Dominican Republic, with no cash outflow. Excluding this effect, comparable net profit would reach EUR 22.1 million, +40% higher than in the same period of 2024.
