This transaction marks another step forward in the growth of Global Dominion Environment (GDE), expanding its ability to deliver increasingly comprehensive circular economy and decarbonisation solutions while reinforcing its position as a trusted partner supporting industry in its sustainable transition.
Through these new capabilities, GDE incorporates specialised processes for recovering and transforming industrial plastics into recycled raw materials that are reintroduced into the production cycle. This enhances the company's environmental solutions offering and strengthens its ability to help customers reduce their use of virgin raw materials, optimise waste management and advance towards more circular industrial models.
With this addition, DOMINION has now completed four strategic transactions in its environmental business since 2025. During this period, the company has progressively strengthened its environmental solutions platform by adding new capabilities in circular economy, decarbonisation, water treatment and industrial waste management, building an increasingly specialised business with greater capacity to meet the evolving needs of industry.
The transaction has been completed through the acquisition of an 80% stake in Reyuplas, a company that has specialised in the sorting, recovery and recycling of industrial plastic waste since 1999. Its integration complements GDE's existing capabilities and further strengthens the company's growth strategy in a market with significant development potential.
With this latest step, DOMINION continues to execute its Strategic Plan by accelerating the growth of Global Dominion Environment through the addition of complementary capabilities that reinforce an increasingly recurring, specialised business focused on delivering high-value environmental solutions to its customers.
