The challenge

The PAINTEC Group, a company specializing in innovative technological solutions, was awarded a strategic project by the Regional Government of Castile-La Mancha, funded by NextGenerationEU: the creation and equipping of multimedia classrooms in schools across the region.

The project required a comprehensive logistics solution capable of efficiently managing a high volume of technological equipment, ensuring accuracy, traceability, and on-time delivery in a distributed environment.

Among the main challenges were:

Coordinating the receipt of materials from multiple suppliers
Preparing and customizing shipments for each school
Wide-reaching distribution throughout Castilla-La Mancha
Document control and complete traceability of deliveries
All of this within a tight timeframe and under high operational demands.

The solution

DOMINION designed and implemented an end-to-end project logistics model tailored to the specific needs of the client and the educational environment.

Receiving and Inventory Management
Centralized receiving of materials from various supply sources, with inventory control and traceability.

Customization and Order Fulfillment
Handling and individual configuration of equipment, ensuring the correct allocation of materials to each school.

Optimized Logistics Distribution
Planning and execution of distribution via courier services, guaranteeing on-time deliveries throughout the region.

Document management and traceability
Collection and tracking of PODs (Proof of Delivery), ensuring the validation of each delivery and its timely return to the client.

This approach transformed a complex operation into an efficient, scalable, and results-oriented process.

Results

The project’s implementation enabled the achievement of high levels of operational efficiency:

400 customized shipments to educational institutions
7,569 units processed in one month (September 2025)
98.25% of deliveries made on the agreed-upon date
100% of PODs processed and delivered within 5 days

Impact

This project has directly contributed to the digital transformation of the education system in Castilla-La Mancha, facilitating the implementation of multimedia classrooms and access to technology in schools.

It also strengthens DOMINION’s ability to manage complex logistics operations and support its clients in projects related to digitalization and initiatives funded by the European Union.
