Patricia Berjón, Director of Corporate Development at DOMINION, analysed the results for the first nine months of 2025 in an interview with Estrategias de Inversión, a period marked by operational strength and the disciplined execution of the 2023–2026 Strategic Plan.
Berjón highlighted the positive performance of EBITDA and turnover, with double-digit growth, and a significant financial milestone: net debt equivalent to one times EBITDA, reflecting a leaner and more efficient balance sheet.
Organic growth and operational resilience
Despite the global context of uncertainty, DOMINION has recorded organic growth of 9% at constant currency, almost double the target set out in its strategic plan, and maintains historic margins, with EBITDA exceeding 13% of sales.
‘Growth in operating margin and turnover are the main drivers of these results,’ said Berjón, highlighting the key role of recurring businesses, especially Services and Global Dominion Environment (GDE).
One-off impact of the dollar and comparable net profit
Net profit was affected by the depreciation of the dollar following the divestment of photovoltaic assets in the Dominican Republic, with an accounting impact of €16 million.
Without this extraordinary effect, comparable net profit would have reached €22.1 million, 40% more than in 2024.
Progress in sustainability and new acquisitions
During the third quarter, DOMINION completed three bolt-on acquisitions —two in Spain and one in Germany— in the environmental area, strengthening its position in the circular economy, waste management and industrial decarbonisation.
Looking ahead to the coming months, the company is focused on completing its transformation and continuing to advance towards the objectives of the 2023–2026 Plan, with its sights set on its next strategic cycle.

Growth in operating margin and turnover are the main drivers behind these results. Our recurring businesses —especially Services and Environment— continue to demonstrate strength and sustained growth even in a complex environment.
