interview on the results of 2025 with Patricia Berjon
Patricia Berjón, Director of Corporate Development at DOMINION, analyzes the results for fiscal year 2025: organic growth, historic EBITDA margin, and a stronger balance sheet as a prelude to a new phase of expansion.

In an interview with Estrategias de Inversión, Patricia Berjón analyzed the results for 2025, a year that marks the culmination of the 2023–2026 Strategic Plan and the transition from transformation to expansion.

The company closed the year with organic growth of 4% in a complex macroeconomic environment, an EBITDA margin of 13.7%—the highest in its history—and a 25% reduction in net debt, bringing leverage to 0.9 times EBITDA.

Strategic transformation and a more recurring model

One of the most significant milestones of the year has been the consolidation of the recurring model. Recurring activities now account for almost 80% of the contribution margin, reinforcing the future visibility of the business and the stability of results.

During 2025, DOMINION has made progress in simplifying its structure and strategic focus, completing divestments in non-strategic assets, such as photovoltaic parks in the Dominican Republic, with the aim of maintaining a leaner and more efficient business model.

GDE: the driving force behind growth in environmental infrastructure

The Global Dominion Environment (GDE) area has gained prominence within the group, driving both organic and inorganic growth. During the year, the company completed three acquisitions in the circular economy and decarbonization, in addition to developing Greenfield projects in this area.

"The main objective will be to make GDE a leading provider of environmental infrastructure services through organic growth and M&A operations."

The environmental sector in Europe, which is highly fragmented and supported by structural regulatory dynamics, offers clear opportunities for consolidation and sustainable growth.

Value creation and financial discipline

The reduction of leverage to below 1x EBITDA strengthens DOMINION's financial capacity to undertake new inorganic growth operations.

The company maintains shareholder value creation as a priority in its capital allocation policy, laying the foundations for the next strategic plan to be presented in the second half of the year.

After completing its transformation phase, DOMINION is entering a new stage focused on selective expansion, profitability, and leadership in environmental infrastructure.
